Returns and exchanges
It takes 1 to 3 business days to process and ship your order.
Exchanges and returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the package.
Refunds are made within 7 days according to the legislation of Ukraine.
Upon receipt of the goods in the delivery office we recommend to check the integrity of the parcel, compliance of the parcel contents and conduct an initial inspection of the product. If you find that the integrity of the package has been compromised, resulting in damage to its contents or find a defect/contamination of the product, you must draw up a report on the spot, in accordance with the current regulations of the shipping company.
Goods can be returned to the store (for exchange or for a refund) if they do not fit the size, color, style, does not match the description or if the initial examination of the received goods revealed a defect.
Services of Nova Poshta for the return delivery of the order for an exchange / return is paid by the customer.
After 6 days, all parcels are returned by auto return!
Not a subject to exchange or return:
- Goods that have been in use.
- Goods that have been dry cleaned or laundered.
- Goods that have been made to individual specifications.
- Lingerie and swimwear.
- Headwear, hair accessories.
- Gift cards.
